The process was easy and seamless. We were settling a family estate and did not want to deal with Real Estate agents, showings or counter offers for repairs, etc. Decided to call Opendoor after doing a little homework on various "I-buyers", and after hearing what a good experience a co-worker had with Opendoor when they needed to sell their home to close on the new home they were building. So I called, and after some discussion and details about the home, they set up a video tour with us. Within 2 days they made us a great offer, and we closed in November! Had the funds in our account that evening, the same day! We received weekly updates and the Opendoor representatives always called us back when we had questions. Great customer service, great experience! I would definitely work with Opendoor again!
