Worst buying experience ever. Mostly with communication with Opendoor. Their selling agents are not transparent at all. I have an fha loan where the appraiser required Opendoor to address 3 issues before they can clear loan to close. 1- make sure heat works 2- make sure hot water works and 3- repair rotted front door frame. It’s now almost 3 weeks we’ve been waiting and NONE of these repairs are done yet. My realtor contacts them everyday with little to no response or with a new date of completion pushed back. My loan officer, loan processor and the closing attorney are all just waiting for Opendoor to take care of these things so we can get fha approved and close the loan.
