Avoid Opendoor at all cost. They have the worst service imaginable. We moved into our home 2-3 months ago. And have since had considerable plumbing issues (to which they are responsible for). After having 5 separate plumbers come out, it was determined that the plumbing issues are a result of foundation repairs that were previously completed on the house. After reaching out to the foundation repair company, it was revealed that they had FAILED the plumbing test, and informed Opendoor, in order for them to repair the issue. This was not done. Opendoor swept it under the rug, lied on the documents they gave to us, and revealed that they had no knowledge of any plumbing issues. We have full intentions to take legal action if necessary, if Opendoor does not fix this. Now, they are ignoring any calls, and won't return any communication back to us. I completely regret using Opendoor and will never go back once this is resolved. IF this is resolved. Please do yourself a favor, if Opendoor shows up when you are buying a house, RUN.
