My Open Door Experience was GREATlll Anthony King did a great job explaining how Open Door Works. My daughter and son-in-law moved in until their Home was finished being built. Which caused us to extend from the original date we initially gave Open Door. Anthony King informed us that it would not be a problem, and he was correct. When I compared how Open Door did things and the way Realtors did things, had us hooked. The Realtor normally gets a 6% flat fee off the top. Open Door only charges 5%. In my Wife and I's case, we knew that every little bit helps after the sale of a Home. So We gladly accepted the 1% savings.
