The process seemed simple and was, but...... I never got to talk to the same person more than once, nor in the same state. The repair cost (to be deducted from my proceeds) was a pat $20k. When I inquired as to what the $20k was, yet another employee fumbled around, stating it was for flooring and HVAC, never looking that all flooring has been replaced 2 years ago and the 2 A/C units were less than 5 years old. It got too frustrating fighting a large system, with no point person. I felt like a cog in a machine. Agreed that this is a large company, but very little personal approach. I declined their "final offer" just in time, and went with a conventional realtor. Glad I did.
