I needed to sell my home, but the thought of repairs, showings, etc. stressed me out. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to check out Opendoor. I’m SO happy I did! It was the easiest process and the offer was great. Honestly, I thought the whole thing was too good to be true. I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn’t one. The person I worked with, Melissa, was excellent. The man that came to look at my house was kind and helpful. Everyone I know is blown away by how quickly and easily I sold my home. I don’t think I would’ve made more selling through the traditional route, and even my realtor said he would take the offer. Selling to Opendoor won’t make sense for everyone, but it’s 100% worth checking them out. A+++
