I was in a position as Power of Attorney for my sister and Opendoor came in on short notice and provided me with an offer for my sisters home that I determined was a reasonable offer after submitting the requested pictures. The next day a representative of Opendoor toured the property and Opendoor supplied me with a revised offer the same day that was $7000 higher than the original offer. Opendoor worked closely with me to get the transaction completed before my sister passed away. The closing was moved up and as her POA I was able to execute the Final Closing Documents before she passed. Opendoor was exceedingly professional and sensitive throughout the transaction. Their attention to customer satisfaction was above and beyond initial expectations.
