I have NOTHING but good things to say about my experience of selling my house to OpenDoor. Stefan Stobbs from OpenDoor was professional, patient, prompt, and guided me throughout the whole process. I chose OpenDoor because of several reasons. I did not want to go through the traditional house selling (hiring realtor, fixing/updating my house, showing etc), and I needed the proceed from selling my house fast to be used for the closing cost for my new house. Being able to control the closing date is very important and crucial. I also used the late checkout option because I needed the extra time for the closing on the new house, and also extra time to move. The closing company that was chosen my OpenDoor also did a very good job. I am a prime example of a 100% satisfied with OpenDoor as a seller. I would recommend OpenDoor to anyone who does not want to go through the pain of dealing with realtor, fixing/updating, showing, etc., to sell your house...and, being able to have the cash in hand plus the late checkout.
