My husband and I were very skeptical about using Opendoor at first. In our mind, selling home can’t be that easy. Never heard of Opendoor in the past and it was our first time selling. We couldn’t bear the thought of going through the traditional process such as open house as it was our first home. Lennar our builder has partnered with Opendoor and knowing that has made us consider in using them. Did all our research and watched videos on customers who used them. However, there are a lot information available everywhere. We had a very tight deadline in selling our home as it was contingent in buying the new one. Overall timing with selling & buying at the same time was very stressful for us but the process itself with Opendoor has made a huge difference. Until now we still cannot believe how easy the overall process was. Their app is a great tool as you know exactly where you are in the process and what they need from you.
