I can not express how happy I am with Opendoor. They made this experience so stress free. As a matter of fact, I kept thinking " this can't be real, there will be a catch" . To my surprise it was real. I was in my house for 32 years and was devastated that I was letting it go. They were so understanding and sympathetic with me. I cried alot but they were patient and so nice that they actually made it easier. They could not have been more fair in price and i picked my closing date which if it didn't work, I could change. I highly recommend them for anyone. I have already referred them and will continue to do so. Every single person was polite and every single thing I was told was completely true. If I could give my phone number for people to call and ask my experience, I would. My best advise is GO WITH OPENDOOR!!!!!.
