Customer service was outstanding with a seamless process. The only downside is you have to be willing to take a loss. For me it was worth it as I didn't have to deal with realtor showings and wondering when house would sell while building a new home. Fund's received timely as promised, my contact person was above and beyond not to mention how very professional everyone was. The stress was minimal. All in all would do it again for sure. Highly recommend.
