There is someone by the name of Charles Davonte who is scamming people out of $85 for application fee and $800 deposit for rental property at 5365 Sherry Ct Columbus Ohio 43232. He is opposing as a property manager stating that the home is for rent and the home is actually for sale. Please do not send him any money. He is definitely a SCAM!! The number he sues is (812)614-5678 and email coopermalik0009@gmail.com. He has no ties to open door and I’ve spoken with open door and they have no one by that name in their system or that works for their company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
