Having experienced frustrations with prior home sales experiences - contracts falling through, continuously prepping homes for showing, potential buyers playing “games” with wishy-washy and dilly-dally attitudes, realtors giving up, etc., The list goes on and on! Opendoor came in handy! I was a little skeptical because of my past experiences. I received several mails from Opendoor wanting to buy my home; however, I thought it was a joke until I did my research and was highly satisfied and impressed with the company after reading and understanding their capitalization structure and strategic value proposition to the customer. Finally, I gathered the courage to go for it, and HURAAAAY……I received a very fair and reasonable price for my home. Blake and Dan were very helpful! The assessment was very professionally accomplished, and closing was quick; and in fact, when I got to my apartment after closing, my funds were already in my bank account. I called my friend to relay my Opendoor experience; and he was shocked to hear how quick it took to close on my home. He is considering using Opendoor.
