I would simply like to say it was an awesome experience working with Opendoor.. No Hassles of showings or a fixed closing date.. All the agents we worked with were very nice and professional. Since we were buying a new home our closing got delayed by months. We wanted the funds from selling our home towards our new purchase and the cordination was very easy. Opendoor was very very flexible in moving the closing date without any hassles. They suggested minimal repairs. Although the offer price was a little less than matket but it was worth it for that kind of experience in selling the home. The home was sold on the closing date we decided and funds were transferred immediately on same day. Overall We would definitely recommend opendoor if someone is looking to sell their home without any hassle.
