I don't even know where to start! My husband and I were very skeptical at first and thought that this "too good to be true" company was a scam. But we were desperate to sell our home right away and start the new year fresh and decided to test the waters. We made an appointment (still very skeptical) and asked MANY questions, because it was too good to be true! Sell our home in 3 weeks? Yeah, right. But after we made contact with our assigned Opendoor Advisor, Sam Palma, she eased our concerns but answering our million questions. We decided to move forward with it, because there was no cancellation fee... So we thought that it wouldn't hurt to try. Let's just say, we never stopped moving and that my husband and I were slower than them! Open door was so quick with coordinating the inspections, title transferring and final walk through. Traditionally, we would be stressed about trying to find a buyer, hosting multiple showings, contacting out last minute fixing, days on end sitting in the market... But all that did not exist with them. We were able to sell our home with ease in less than 3 weeks. Til this day, it still seems too good to be true... They were respectable, honest, reasonable, friendly and most of all, professional. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Also, when we decide to purchase our new home, we will reach out to Opendoor again.
