Opendoor made the selling process so easy and hassle free. We would recommend them to anyone planning on selling. We did not have to worry about showing our home and the whole process was simple. I answered a few questions online and received an offer within 1 day and it was more than we expected. The home inspection was easy and we did the few small repairs needed ourselves and the large roof replacement we left to Opendoor who charged us less than a contractor would have. Our only problem was not with Opendoor but with the title company they chose. I would not use North American Title again. Due to their negligence our closing was delayed on two different occasions. When closing finally happened it was painless and quick.
