Overall, working with Opendoor was a great experience! I found the company to be very reasonable both in the offer for the house and in the post-inspection report. The entire process through and including closing was very simple and streamlined. For someone like me who did not want to have to keep a house in condition to be shown to prospective buyers the net reduction in proceeds was a transaction cost well worth making! Opendoor would also be extremely useful to anyone who needed to sell and move fairly quickly. I would definitely use Opendoor again and would likewise recommend it to anyone.
