Wanted to sell my house the easiest, fastest, and most fairly way possible. Opendoor came through on all three. Extremely hassel free, fast (we changed the closing date once or twice and it was not a problem), they gave me a very good price (and didn’t stick it to me on the repair costs, was actually about $10k less than what I expected for repairs). All in all it was a very satisfying process. When it comes time to sell this new house they will be my first call (hopefully they will be in the midland/odessa market by then).
