Going into this venture with Opendoor, not sure of how it really worked, was to say at the least, a bit unnerving. However, when Opendoor came back to us with a competitive market value for our home, we thought we would give them a shot. And why not? There are no home showings, the sale is not dependent on market conditions, you can close as soon as 30 days. There weren’t any variables to delay or cloud the sale of our home. And boy are we glad we did! Our own personal friend and realtor told us that in our area the market was “soft”. But that didn’t matter with Opendoor. With Opendoor it was flawless. We could have elected to close in as soon as 30 days. But we choose 60 days. It went so smoothly, that honestly, I can’t see anyone selling their home the traditional way. I wholeheartedly recommend Opendoor to anyone wanting to sell their home. It is a no nonsense and clear way to get it done right!!!
