MY EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE HONEST AND UPFRONT ON EVERY POINT OF MY SALE. THEIR OFFER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF WHAT A REALTOR HAD TOLD ME TO EXPECT. THE COST WAS ALL SPELLED OUT, NO SURPRISES- CLOSING COST WERE LOWER THAN NORMAL, AND REPAIRS WERE WHAT I EXPECTED PLUS THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM AFTER WE CLOSED.
