Opendoor is the way to go! This entire experience was easy and fast! We sold our house and used that sale towards the purchase of our new home. I was also was put in contact with a Closing Manager, Shanda Conroy, who was able to help me with scheduling my walk through and late close out. Not only did they set me up with these wonderful Gals but I was able to schedule to see any house through their application. The application shows houses they are selling as well as other homes. We were able to schedule a showing with one of their agents whom let us into the house hassle free. They did all the communicating with the selling agent and there was never any pressure to buy. When we were ready to place an offer on our current home, they put us in touch with a very knowledgeable agent. Ty Green, was absolutely tentative and was very familiar with Opendoor's process.
