Opodo advertised a price through sky scanner, when I went to pay for the tickets the price increased £20 after I had put my bank details in. Because that was a significant rise I paused but the site automatically went to the next page and paid the higher price without me clicking anything. I tried to complain via email in February, I then called and was patronized by the call centre employee, I opened a case on Resolver then the case was closed because Opodo took so long to respond. Today I got an email from Opodo telling me that there was no problem, despite there obviously being one. The cherry on top is that the flights were with Flybe who went bust and I'm due a refund for the flights. Because of Opodo's incredibly slow customer service I have missed the 120 days to claim from my bank as they asked me to go to Opodo first.
