Please check with your airlines if Opodo has really requested a refund from them! I was under the belief that it was being processed but after 5 months I rang Emirates and found out that we had open tickets!! What a shock.
So I contacted them on facebook and told them that they have committed the offence of Fraud under Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 - 'Fraud by false representation'; and Section 3 of the Fraud Act 2006 – ‘Fraud by failing to disclose information’;

I immediately had a quick response and even an email confirmation that the refund has been authorised and due to reach my account in 14 days!
