Still waiting for my 229 euro refund after 7 months of hassling them, I even did their job for them by going direct to the airline to get the money sent back to opodo so it could be refunded to me. They have had the money since 23rd December 2020 and I have been blocked from talking to an agent on the help chat so there is no way of me complaining to them anymore as their email address wont give me a reply either. Absolute crooks and totally negligent money grabbing company, I want my money back why is this not automatically refunded as soon as it hits their account!!!! The help chat is run by a bunch of useless monkeys who have literally no way of helping they just read you what it already says on your dashboard. A true waste of human life.
