Every step of the booking, you get suspicious extra fees for optional features, but of course they are dissimulated and enabled by default. The flight prices displayed are deceptive: you have to pay 10€/months to have access to these prices, but for regular customers it's actually 25% more expensive (the actual price is displayed but it's smaller, light grey and strokethrough) . The customer service line is crazy expensive: here in France it's 80c / min, and no need to say it takes more than 30min to get a physical person on the phone. All in all, everything they do is known and outdated fraudulent sales techniques. Opodo should be taken down and their executives brought to justice
