Terrible company. I have purchased a flexible ticket. By their rules, you can reschedule your flight before the 24h period prior to your flight. I had an emergency fly. I bought the ticket 3 days before the flight. Then on the 2nd day after the purchase, I had to reschedule the flight for the other date. It was said to call the Customer Service. I have called them twice, and nobody picked up the phone. I was waiting 1h31min and then 1h41mins. How am I expected to reschedule my flight if nobody responds the call?
