Cheated! .. I paid over 150€ for extra baggage while booking, but the airlines at check-in counter never received the money for the baggage!
Called OPODO Hotline and the guy at the technical support put his hands down saying he cannot help the situation. Gave an email id to write my complaint (response supposedly in 24 hrs) but it has been over 10 days and no response to my emails.
Ended up paying twice (what else could you do standing at the airport queue?) !!
