Booked a Christmas break with them and paid for Insurance and to be a prime member. They cancelled my outbound flights without authorisation but still charged me for inbound. It’s been 4 months and still no refund even though they promised me the money would be back in my account the next day.
I’ve raised it with my bank and the response has been the inbound flight was unaffected. How can we get back if we didn’t even go.
The bank has advised me that Opodo continue to take out Opodo prime without consent and they won’t return it so they kindly blocked Opodo to protect my account.
I’ve called them today and asked why they are not just simply returning my money.
I reckon they may go busy any minute. They are just accumulating funds before they do so please be warned and don’t use them or easyJet for anything.
