I had booked to go to Los Angeles via British airways, but due to a death abroad I had to cancel my flight. These liars refused to refund my money, even though British Airways said I was eligible for a refund. Opodo are liars and scammers of the highest order. Absolutely don’t give them your money. Worst company ever. I hope they get shut down!
