I have had the worst experience dealing with Opodo. They are a bunch of SWINDLERS, FRAUDSTERS and CHARLATANS. They expect me to wait 50 minutes before I can talk to an agent. They deduct 20% from the original payment for cancellation and they also tell me that I have to wait 3 months for a part payment refund. Yet they take less than 1 minute to take money from my account. They try to force my to download their app to see the progress of my refund. This is all not necessary and totally unacceptable. Please, Please avoid these charlatans at any cost, if you value your sanity.
