Australian Customers - Don't use this company, unless you want to lose your money Booked a return flight from Melbourne, Australia to Russia and in February cancelled due to Ukraine- Russian situation and Australian government advice, don't travel to this region. Impossible to contact OPODO and after 7 months no refund or update. After logging a refund claim and waiting 7 months the airline (Emirates) still has not received a request to refund money from OPODO. OPODO status update continues to say - waiting for the airline to refund money after which money will be transferred to the customer.
