The airlines changed the date of my inbound (Dec 2021). I decided to not accepted the new date and asked for refund (Oct 21). After 3 months I check with Opodo about the status of my refund. They say no money received from the airline as they can do so according to SEPA regulations. They were supposed to give me an update within a short time lapse. No update. 6 months later I check again. Same story: the airline did not pay your refund dear customer... so we cannot give you your refund. In 72h we will let you know. No follow up. Today, 11 months later I have asked about the refund. Opodo said again the airline has not yet refunded the ticket, but they will let me know in 72 hours. I have the impression, of course it is wrong, that they do not want to give this little money back. But it seems a great many people experience the same problem. A mere coincidence? Maybe I should have spent a little bit money more on a ticket from the airline instead of booking through Opodo. Now I would have my money back and spent less money. Lesson learnt: don't book through Opodo. Cheaper is more expensive.
