I would never recommend anyone to book through opodo! it has been 2,5 years since my flight got cancelled due to covid and for these past 2,5 years I have been trying to get my money back or a flight voucher but they are simply unreachable. Promise to get back to you but never do. Total costs? over 1400 euros! total amount of time having spent trying to get my money back? over 40 hours! only thing i received were chatt robots or people saying that it will be solved (after talking to chatt bots for hours) and never solving anything. Every time I receive the same answer: I have escalated this and will share this with my superior and get back to you. Once they said I received a voucher, but this voucher was only valid for a few months w(during Covid), which I never agreed to. Again, they were to come back to me and would 'escalate the issue'. Guess what happened? They never did and now we are here, 2,5 years down the road.Trust me, they never do! don't book here, ever, seriously, it's a big scam!
