I've wasted hours over the last seven days trying to get an invoice which shows how much each passenger in my Opodo booking has paid. I requested it through: (1) ticking the invoice box when I booked, (2) managing the booking account, (3) the chat robot, (4) the automated phone line, (5) chatting to human A, who asked me to wait 24 hours, (6) chatting to human B, who asked me to wait 4-5 hours, (7) chatting to human C, who asked me to wait 1-2 hours. None of these had any effect on receiving a basic receipt which I need by tomorrow, and which should have been sent to me by default. Pathetic service, and appalling customer support.
