Same as many other dissatisfied reviewers, airline cancelled outbound flight, Opodo did nothing to re-book whilst continually telling us the flight was going ahead and consequently we were unable to travel - offered us £400 refund on our £1000+ payment, then reduced offer to £200. Tried charging back and they told Lloyds lots of lies which they believed and we have now lost £1000 and went nowhere. This company is full of liars and scammers who don't care what they do as they are not based in the UK and you cannot rely on your bank to help. Avoid at all costs.
