You are Absolute con artists, I paid £146 on top of the actual flight cost and the only service you provide is checking us in automatically!! Charged a fee to allow cancellation which turns out with the airline we are entitled to anyway! A £30-£40 overall fee I would understand but not £146 on top of what was only otherwise £300 of flights
