Scammer AVOID
Terrible customer service.
I booked a Ryanair flight through Opodo with an offer that if I pay £35+ Opodo prime membership then I will get priority boarding x10kg cabin bags for 2 passengers, so I took the offer straightaway.
Then I tied to check my booking for both airlines online and I can see only London to Rome, Ryanair has the priority boarding x10kg cabin bags but not the Wizz airline tickets, so I call to your customer service on 8th of June and they informed me that the priority boarding x10kg cabin bags is only for Ryanair and if I want the priority boarding for Wizz I have to pay 90euro. I was trying to explain the situation to the manager
(Divash Naskar or something can’t remember his name) but he wasn’t helpful at all, he said “WE ARE NOT GIVING ANY SERVICES WHICH YOU DONT PAY FOR IT” and after post booking and pay you can have option for Wizz air priority boarding, which you have to pay extra and we can’t do anything about it, you need to talk to the Air line directly.
But my question is when I booked the tickets it was from OPODO not from the Airline website, and there is not any clear information give that priority boarding is not for the wizz air, and how do I know if it’s not on the page, the manager kind of tried to put blame on me.
I will say it was totally miss guided about £35+ Opodo prime member,
And I want the solution for this matter, because it’s not make any sense to going on holiday carries 2 cabin bags and after finish the holiday we throw the bags in to the bin and come back home empty hand. I still don’t know if I can solve this problem,
