Very poor!! had no clue that the airline I booked was not going to be the one I would be flying so I find out there are two different airlines with different baggage allowance which I still don't know if I have any carry on allowance at all, the itinerary on the app said air Transat but when I logged into Thier website the itinerary was different operator.l was told during booking I could add luggage after payment by going to manage my account on app but no I couldn't so I tried with airline but apparently I can't add any hold luggage as flying economy why wasn't I told this ? The help centre can't help either . However the airline were quite happy to allow me to pay to select our seats !
