In July 2022 I booked a hotel The Chateau Gold Coast 1035,00 AUD in Australia, without taking the annual subscrition. On July 30 2023, my bank account has been debited without any authorisation from me. I find this intolerable. I would appreciate if you refund my money,euro 54.99.
