As a PRIME member, the support I received was not what I expected given the cost of membership.
I contacted Opodo many times, called 18 times and chatted with agents online, but none of them could solve my problem.
I was in a motorcycle accident and contracted Covid in the hospital, which prevented me from traveling as planned.
The airline offers a bonus policy in case of medical problems before the flight, but I never received this bonus despite my situation. However, it had to be done through Opodo.
I also tried to change my reservation when the date was approaching and Opodo charged me 147 euros for this change. They then informed me that they couldn't do it and they had to refund me!
In addition to the above, it is important to note that during my many attempts to resolve my issue with Opodo, I was constantly redirected to the airline, while the airline always sent me back to Opodo. This ping-pong situation between the two parties made solving my problem even more frustrating and difficult. Still no solution with several attempts...
I regret this opinion, because I have booked many times through Opodo but I see that it is not worth it...
It's very frustrating and sad.
I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and I am open to a friendly solution. Even change your mind in case it is resolved.
