If you buy an insured ticked, don't ever expect to see your money back, because you won't! However, they will make sure that you lose tons of your time and nerves while they are shifting responsibility, making you talk to idiotic chatbots until you go insane and finally give up, letting them keep the money they owe you, so you can have your peace of mind again.
