Total Scam. I booked a flight from Bangkok to Manila return. I also booked the hotel in Manila through Opodo. Apparently Philippine airlines cancelled both my outward and return flight. I was offered a different flight that was totally unsuitable. Opodo told me they had another flight for me. They told me confirmation would be within 48 hours. Time for my flight was approaching fast - I kept contacting Opodo they kept telling me to wait. Finally on the day I should travel there was no confirmation of this promised flight so I couldn't fly. This totally messed up my visit to Thailand and the Philippines. I ended up travelling back to Bangkok a couple of weeks later from where I was staying 3 hours away and then had my short trip to the Philippines. As it turned out Opodo claimed they were trying to book me on a flight that actually doesn't even exist. Since then back in July I have received no refund for either flight or the hotel.
