I booked a hotel in Paris via Opodo and once arrived the hotel did not have the reservation so I needed to make a new reservation directly at the hotel and a second payment.
After rounds of emails and phone calls they claimed they do not have my reservation which was confirmed on my email and for which I have proof of payment to them.
They are filling me around and they do not show any sign of customer care, ethical behaviour. It is a typically scam. I will now report it to Police.
