AFTER FEW DAYS I WAS CHARGED IN FULL AND THEY REFUND ME BACK ONLY 30%. BY THE TIME THAT THE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT WHY I WAS CHARGED? AND WHY IS SO DIFFICULT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THROUGH THEIR SITE?
