I had booked a flight from Prague to Manchester with Opodo. Flight was confirmed and informed that boarding passes would be sent 8 to 24 hrs before departure. A day before departure email to say that they are unable to send boarding pass and to go directly to airline. Unable to obtain this. Opodo had used a different email to mine to make this booking and a different reference number. We called Opodo. Opodo was unable to help us and said we would just have to go to the check in desk more than 2 hrs before the flight and pay for our boarding pass. This cost us 1650.00 CZK. £57.14 sterling. When I contacted Opodo again about this they said they don't do refunds and couldn't help us. First and last time wirh Opodo.
