A £70 prime membership they charged to MY card two weeks after my wife used it to buy flights. She didn't want the membership - never had. They emailed her before taking the money - in English, of which she understands some by ear alone. When told of this issue you'd expect any company with an ounce of integrity to cancel and refund.
Oh no. Opodo finds such things as integrity old fashioned and cumbersome- As far as they are concerned using my card a second time two weeks after first use, without my agreement, isn't theft. Apparently they can do whatever they like with your money whenever they like, providing you've given them your card details. They did not honour their breach of contract in terms of communication and they refused to comply with the 14 day cooling of period under UK law.
Just criminals
Their customer services are dishonest, their business practices despicable.
