I bought a round trip flights from Opodo. I saw that in 30 days they will charge me for the Prime membership which I forgot to chancel in advance so I say it's fair that they charged me for it. However, during check-in it appeared that my outbound booking did not include checked-in luggage. I called Opodo and they ensured me that I have checked-in luggage and if I am to pay something at the airport I should get a receipt and claim it to them (this took about 40 mins). I was charged 30 EUR for the luggage and took a receipt. After another 40 mins on the phone I was able to submit the receipt for a refund. I was supposed to be reimbursed in 10 working days which did not happen. I spent another 45 mins with them trying to get my money as it is just a matter of being accurate and actually providing a service and not just scam people and hide it behind a bad service. Month and a half later I am not refunded. Decided that I don't want to wait until my membership is to expire as I don't want have anything to do with Opodo and I don't want to forget to cancel it on time. So I called them to cancel and they started suggesting me 30 EUR to be paid on my account and a 90 EUR voucher to use with them. I rejected and insisted on canceling. They said they cancelled it, but I don't really believe it. I also deleted my account in the app. I hope I do not get charged again then the membership is to be renewed. Do not trust Opodo!
