It was a nightmare, after several days of trying to reach them we finally gave up. Basically this is how these scammers take your money, their strategy is simple: the entangle you in useless chat discussions, emails and calls with Indian call centers who purposefully follow predetermined scripts to make you lose time and energy. I find it unbelievable that OPODO is allowed to operate in the EU.
