Absolutely terrible experience with Opodo. Said part of my return flight was not confirmed and to book again and PAY again ! Said would refund but never did and the communication is non existent and very unhelpful. Eventually confirmed the flight we had already paid for direct with the airline, so why advise it was not completed and to book again. Are they at it ????
A very traumatic, upsetting and extremely stressful experience using this so called company. Never, ever again !!!
