They lure you in with promises of savings, only to charge you annually for a membership that offers no real benefits. Their customer service is abysmal, designed to frustrate you into giving up on getting your money back. It’s shocking that a company like this is still operating. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Opodo altogether. There are plenty of legitimate travel booking websites out there that offer better deals, transparency, and respect for their customers.
